Femicide in the Middle East under the name of religion, especially Islam..
Distribution of pathological mental illness, pathological jealousy under the name of religion to kill women and women who in the ancient religion of the Kangavari, the same as the Sumerians (Sumer is movement in the Babylonian language), women were a part of God for reproduction

The case of Batool is a prime example of the tactics employed by terrorist groups worldwide.

In Pakistan, 13-year-old Christian girl Maria Shahbaz was abducted in Lahore in July 2025 by her 30-year-old Muslim neighbor, Shahryar Ahmed. He raped and held her captive for months, then forced her to convert to Islam and married her. Her family's attempts to recover her were unsuccessful. On March 25, 2026, the Pakistani Federal Constitutional Court upheld the marriage, ruled that she was of legal age, rejected her birth certificate, and granted him custody under Islamic law. This information was published by International Christian Concern, the Christian Daily International, and others.

This type of deception and abduction is referred to as "Love Jihad," where some Muslim men use love and marriage as a means to forcibly convert women to Islam.

"Love Jihad," or "Jihad through Love," is a term that has become widespread in India, Pakistan, and several other countries over the past two decades. It refers to a phenomenon in which Muslim men lure Hindu and Christian girls into romantic relationships and marriages, with the aim of later coercing them into converting to Islam.

This term does not simply refer to interfaith marriages, but rather to a systematic pattern of deception, ideological planning, and material support by Islamist groups to achieve demographic, political, and religious goals.

The state of Kerala—which Al Jazeera, a prominent Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated channel, heavily focuses on in its reporting—was the first place where the term "Love Jihad" emerged in the late 2000s, when local police began receiving complaints from Hindu and Christian families stating that their daughters had been subjected to "religious recruitment" through romantic relationships with Muslim men.

Fifteen-year-old Kawthar Bashar al-Hassijawi was murdered for refusing to marry her cousin.

A child who lived a life of marginalization and neglect, her life ended in a horrific, cold-blooded crime. Meanwhile, some members of her family celebrated her murder, dancing and boasting on social media.

According to an eyewitness:

The girl was engaged to her cousin despite her clear refusal to marry him.

On Wednesday night, she left home, and after her family noticed her absence, they began searching for her. The following day, a missing person report was filed.

Later, rumors and accusations against the girl spread among relatives under the pretext of "honor killing," after it was claimed that she had been with a young man they described as her boyfriend.

The young man's tribe was contacted and asked to hand the girl over. She was handed over and taken to a remote area where she was killed in the presence of several people who were said to have gone to "witness" what they called an honor killing.

Accounts also speak of the mutilation of the child's body after her murder by some members of the clan. May God protect us.

The matter did not end with the crime itself. Some members of the clan returned after the child's murder to celebrate, film, and dance in front of houses, posting the videos on TikTok. This shocking scene reflects the extent of violence and inhumanity inflicted upon women in Iraq. Sadly, we have reached this level of brutality.

Baghdad Police Command has solved the murder and burial of a young woman and arrested the perpetrator.

Following a report from a citizen about his daughter leaving home for an unknown destination, detachments from the Baghdad Rusafa Police Command were able to uncover the circumstances of the incident after conducting investigations and gathering information. A task force was formed under the directives of the Baghdad Rusafa Police Chief, Major General Shaalan Ali Saleh.

This task force comprised the Nahrawan Police Station, the Nahrawan Criminal Investigation Department, and the Nahrawan Emergency Patrols.

These efforts led to information indicating that her brother had killed her and buried her body in an abandoned agricultural area.

After presenting the case to the competent investigating judge and obtaining the necessary legal approvals, the accused was arrested. He confessed to killing and burying his sister, claiming he committed the crime to "wash away the shame."

The body was sent to the Forensic Medicine Department after being exhumed with the guidance of the accused, who was detained under Article 406 of the Penal Code to take the necessary legal measures against him.On June 25, Mojgan Hassanpour, 45, was shot and killed by a man in the Lahijan cemetery. According to Mehr News Agency, the killer was a close relative of Mojgan, and as usual, the local print media reported this "female murder" as a personal dispute. According to global statistics, most female murders are committed by men close to her and her family. #femalemurder

After the case became public and we demanded a fair investigation and accountability for those involved, many voices emerged to deny the crime, as if femicide were a new phenomenon in our societies, or even attempts to portray it as an honor killing. However, documentation is the first step towards holding the real perpetrators accountable, achieving justice for women, and creating a society that points the finger at the criminal, not the victim—a society that recognizes and rejects injustice in all its forms. Achieving partial justice for Kawthar does not mean these crimes will stop. We demand social and legal justice for all women and the repeal of legal articles that sympathize with femicide, most notably Article 409.
