 Raid, housebreaking, and arrest without a warrant...

On the morning of June 6, #Kajal_Rahmani and #Danial_Rahmani, siblings from Kamyaran, were arrested and taken to an unknown location after a simultaneous raid by the Ministry of Intelligence forces on their residence.

 

According to reports, security officers arrested the two citizens without a warrant and after breaking down their homes. So far, no official information has been released about their whereabouts or possible charges.

Kajal and Danial Rahmani are from the families of the Kurdistan Workers' Party. Their brother, Jamal Rahmani, was killed by the Revolutionary Guards in 2018.

Kajal Rahmani, a civil activist and former nurse at the Sina Hospital in Kamyaran, had previously been summoned and interrogated by security agencies several times. Danial Rahmani, a computer engineering student, had also been interrogated by security agencies several times in recent years.

The detention of individuals without a court order and the continued lack of information about their status have increased concerns among families and human rights activists.
