Colonel Hazhar Ismail of the Ministry of Peshmerga (Kurdish Defense Guard) joins me in an EXCLUSIVE interview from his base in Erbil, Iraq, to tell me about the challenges in battling ISIS. On his message to the U.S., Col. Hazhar says the humanitarian aid and strikes are a good start, "But it's not enough" to save the many people in danger.
