وكان المجلس الوطني الكردي قد عمل دائما على تشكيل مجموعات مسلحة بمسميات مختلفة وكانت تساعد المرتزقة في أغلب هجماتها على مناطق روج آفا والأحياء الكردية في مدينة حلب, ففي عام 2012 شكل المجلس عدة مجموعات بأسماء مختلفة منها “كتيبة آزادي, كتيبة شيخ معشوق الخزنوي, كتيبة صلاح الدين الأيوبي, ومشعل تمو”.

وبعد مرتزقة كتيبة آزادي التابعة لمرتزقة جيش النخبة والتي يقودها المدعو آزاد شعبو، وهو من سكان ريف مقاطعة عفرين شكل كتيبة “آزادي” في تل عرن، وحارب وحدات حماية الشعب منذ تشكلها في مقاطعة عفرين، وعرف بتبعيته للاحتلال التركي منذ ذلك الوقت وكان يأخذ أوامره من قادة المجلس الوطني الكردي والتي بدورها تأخذ أوامرها من “MIT” أي الاستخبارات التركي، تشارك أيضاً مرتزقة كتيبتي صلاح الدين ولواء مشعل التمو.

وأفاد شعبو، لموقع “المونيتور” هذه المرة، أن عدد مرتزقته المشاركون في العدوان على عفرين يبلغ 100 مرتزق كردي من مختلف المناطق، وهم الذين باعوا أنفسهم للاحتلال التركي، ونوه المرتزق شعبو أن هدفه الأول هو محاربة وحدات حماية الشعب والمرأة.

وثبت مشاركةً المجلس الوطني الكردي في العدوان على عفرين عن طريق أحد مرتزقته في ما يسمى بـ “جيش النخبة” والقائد السابق لكتيبة “آزادي” التي قاتلت مع مرتزقة جبهة النصرة (هيئة تحرير الشام) في مدينة سريه كانيه بإقليم الجزيرة عام 2013.

واعترف مسؤولو المجلس الوطني الكردي بألسنتهم بأن لهم خلايا نائمة في مدن روج آفا تقوم بأعمال تخريبية كثيرة لم تسلم منها روج آفا. فخلال عامي 2013-2014 نفذت تلك الخلايا تفجيرات عديدة في مدن تربه سبيه, عفرين وكركي لكي, ففي مدينة عفرين استهدفوا مبنى تنظيم اتحاد ستار وتم تفخيخ سيارة الرئيس المشترك للمجلس الشعبي في عفرين عطوف عبدو، إضافةً لاستهداف مؤسسات المجتمع المدني بعبوة ناسفة راح ضحيتها أربعة أفراد من عائلة واحدة من ناحية موباتا، في 22/8 من عام 2013. وفي 4 أيلول تم تفجير عبوة ناسفة أمام مبنى أكاديمية الإعلام الحر بعفرين.

أما مرتزقة كتيبة صلاح الدين الأيوبي التي شاركت في الهجمات على حيي الأشرفية والشيخ مقصود بحلب, يقودها الآن في العدوان على عفرين إلى جانب الاحتلال التركي المرتزق محمّد هواش، حيث يتولّى منصب قائد لواء صلاح الدين، وأشار هواش لموقع “المونيتور”، أن كتيبته تحوي قرابة الــ1000 مرتزق ويشاركون الآن في العدوان على عفرين.

المرتزق هواش أكد أيضاً كالمرتزق آزاد شعبو أن هدفه الأول من دخول عفرين هو لمحاربة وحدات حماية الشعب والمرأة، متحججاً بتبعيتها للنظام السوري والنظام الإيراني، علماً أن هذه الوحدات هي التي دافعت عن كافة شعوب المنطقة دون تفرقة وتضم مقاتلين من مختلف شعوب المنطقة.

ومن القوى المرتزقة التابعة للمجلس الوطني الكردي والتي كانت تعتبر من أبرز الكتائب، كتيبة أو لواء مشعل تمر وكان يقودها مرتزق يدعى “عبد العزيز تمو”، والذي أصيب في اشتباكات سري كانيه ونقله مرتزقة تركيا إلى المشافي التركية لتلقي العلاج، وظهر بعدها عبد العزيز مرة أخرى في تركيا خلال اجتماع عام مناهض لثورة روج آفا وأعلن الاجتماع محاربته لثورة روج آفا وبكافة الوسائل.

وتشارك هذه الكتيبة الآن في العدوان على عفرين، ويقودها مرتزق يدعى أبو مريم الحسكاوي، ويتخذ صفة قائد ميدانيّ، وكغيره من المرتزقة الكرد الذين يشاركون الاحتلال التركي صرح بأن الهدف الأول هو محاربة وحدات حماية الشعب والمرأة، والعمل مع العدو الأول للقضية الكردية.

وفي العدوان التركي على عفرين لم يقتصر مشاركة مرتزقة المجلس الوطني الكردي على هذه الكتائب المرتزقة فقط، فقد أشار المرتزق الذي يطلق على نفسه صفة الناشط الإعلاميّ مسعود إيبو والملقّب بأبو المجد كوملة لـ”المونيتور”: إلى أنه هناك فصائل مرتزقة كردية تشارك في العدوان على عفرين، وهم مرتزقة “لواء مشعل تمو والجبهة الكرديّة ولواء صلاح الدين”، لافتاً أن هناك أيضاً مئات المرتزق الكرد في صفوف فصائل أخرى مثل مرتزقة “فيلق الشام، فرقة السلطان مراد، الجبهة الشاميّة، وحركة أحرار الشام”.

كما ظهر تشارك المجلس الوطني الكردي جلياً من خلال المدعو عزت الكردي، عضو اللجنة المنطقة لحزب الديمقراطي الكردستاني السوري، والذي كان قد اعتقل في فترات سابقة لترويجه للمرتزقة ودعوتها لاحتلال عفرين والمناطق الكردية، والذي ظهر وهو يحتسي الشاي مع مرتزقة جيش الاحتلال التركي في قرية “معملا ” التابعة لناحية راجو في مقاطعة عفرين، وترحيبه بالمرتزق آزاد شعبو قائد مرتزقة كتيبة آزادي
