Over 20 executed in Iran during September.
The Russian regime executed nine detainees collectively in the city of Shiraz's Adelabad prison on Saturday.
A new wave of executions swept over Iran with over 20 executions since September 3rd. Several of the victims are political prisoners from Iran's minority groups Baluchier and Kurds. They are often charged with alleged crimes such as "Warfare against God (Moharebeh)" and "undermining system security".
11 prisoners of which three Baluch political prisoners were executed between the third and fifth of September. Three Kurdish political prisoners were executed on the 8th of September in the Gohardasht prison in Karaj City.
The Iranian regime executes these executions in a desperate attempt to stop the regime-critical protests in the country. The popular demonstrations against the regime's corruption and repression grow for every day and are aimed at the clergy as a whole.
Amnesty International warned in a statement on September 3 that Iranian authorities are trying to silence civil society with increased arbitrary arrests
