Based on the information gathered, there are several sick superstitions in the Middle East. 

One of the sick superstitions is spitting in the mouth of a child. Some Islamists who work in kindergartens do this to children. 

Spitting in the mouths of children in kindergartens by Islamists who work there is a dangerous, unhealthy, and dirty act.

A young Danish woman, who did not want to be named, said that she worked in a kindergarten in Copenhagen and noticed that several Arab and Turkish women who have extremist Islamic views and wear Islamic hijabs were secretly spitting in the mouths of children every day. The same woman said that she went to the headmaster and reported it, but the headmaster accused her of being anti-Islamic, and the Muslim women told the headmaster of the kindergarten that kissing children is a natural thing in their culture.

We heard this from a child in Germany who explained this many times that his father's wife spat in the child's mouth every morning.

I asked a Muslim person if it is true that in some places they spit in the mouths of children?

In response, he said that this is usually a natural thing because when a person spits in a child's mouth, the womb is implanted inside the child and the child becomes infatuated with the person who spits in his mouth.

This is an Islamic thing. I asked him if he has ever done such a thing? He replied, no, because he does not like this, but if necessary, yes, they do it.

This thinking is widely used among Iranians. Of course, this thinking has been transferred from Turks to Iranians or from Arabs to Iranians. This is a sick superstition.

This sick superstition is something we have heard many times among Turks, Iranians, Afghans, Arabs and a large part of Kurds who have religious thoughts.

In Cologne in 2020, I was going from Cologne to Mönchengladbach when I saw a woman sitting on a train with four young children. Sometimes this woman would kiss the children's mouths deeply. I asked her why they were doing this. They changed places and did not answer. The film is in hand.

An imam in the city of Stadtallendorf in Hessen had gone to recite the Islamic call to prayer for a newborn baby.  a young German-born woman had seen  the mullah  spit in the baby's mouth several times in front of her parents. Later, the family did not object. The young girl was upset and asked the family, "Your baby's mouth is full of germs. Please wash it out." In short, the two families got into a fight. The newspaper reported the incident, but unfortunately, the newspaper did not publish the facts. It only reported that a Muslim girl had attacked a Muslim man. The police intervened and did not let it escalate into a physical fight.

According to information received in Afghanistan, the Taliban have gone to hospitals, women who are just giving birth, and the mullahs are spitting in the mouths of newborns baby.
