Report No. 4 on the wave of arrests during the Iran-Israel war; #Arrest of at least 734 citizens, including 32 women and 8 European citizens
According to data and information collected by the Human Rights Organization Hengaw, following the start of the direct war between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the government of Israel and during the widespread wave of repression and arrests, at least 734 citizens have been arrested in different cities over the past 13 days. So far, the identities of 60 of these citizens have been confirmed for Hengaw.
According to this report, among the detainees, there are at least 32 women, two Afghan citizens and 8 citizens of European countries, including one woman. These individuals have been arrested mainly on charges such as "spying for Israel", "propaganda against the regime" and "disturbing public opinion" by the security institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

#Wave of #CitizensArrested, 7 More Citizens Arrested in #Tehran and Najafabad
In the continuation of the new wave of arrests, at the same time as the Iran-Israel war began, seven citizens, including a citizen of Lor and two Turkish citizens named Mohammadreza Ehsanifard, Hossein Ronaghi, Hassan Ronaghi, Sajjad Sadeghi, Reza Daryakenari, Daniyal Moghadam and Morteza Asadi, were arrested by the security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Tehran and Najafabad, Isfahan Province.
According to a report received by the Hengav Human Rights Organization, on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, Sajjad Sadeghi, a former radio host and international relations researcher, was arrested at his private home in Tehran by the Intelligence Department forces.
At the same time, Daniyal Moghadam, a singer living in Tehran, was arrested by the security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran and transferred to the detention center due to the failure to post bail, with an arrest warrant issued by the Third Investigation Branch of the Tehran Revolutionary Court.
On Tuesday evening, June 24, 2025, Hossein Ronaghi, a Turkish citizen, political activist, and former prisoner, was arrested by the security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran along with his brother Hassan Ronaghi and transferred to an unknown location.
On the other hand, Reza Daryakenari, a 28-year-old designer and photographer from Tehran, was arrested by the security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran on June 22, 2025, in a cafe in Tehran, and the efforts of the artist’s family and those around him to find out about his condition have so far been unsuccessful.
Morteza Asadi, 47, from Tehran and a PhD in political science, was also arrested by intelligence officers at his home on June 20, 2025. During the arrest of this citizen, these officers searched his home and confiscated his and his wife’s electronic devices.
It is worth mentioning that five days after his arrest, there is no information about his whereabouts or condition, and the family's follow-up efforts have so far been fruitless.
Also, Mohammad Reza Ehsanifard, a 28-year-old rapper and citizen of Lor, residing in Yazdanshahr in Najafabad, was arrested by Intelligence Department officers on June 15, 2025, at the same time as the military tensions between Iran and Israel began.
According to informed sources, Intelligence Department officers raided this citizen's home, recorded his and his wife's cell phones, and transferred him to an unknown location.
These citizens were arrested without any judicial papers and in some cases with raids and intimidation in the early hours of the morning.
