Continued detention; Khader and Clara Rasouli's uncertainty continues

#Khader_Rasouli and his daughter #Clara_Rasouli, residents of #Mahabad, are still being held in one of the security detention centers in #Urmia, despite the passage of 13 days since their arrest.

. 7-22-2025 After 13 days of arbitrary and violent detention of Khedr Rasouli (born 1956) and Clara Rasouli (born 1988), Karo Rasouli's father and sister, these two Kurdish citizens are still being illegally held in one of the security detention centers in Urmia.

Not only are the two deprived of the right to contact, visit, and access to a lawyer, but at the same time, media affiliated with security institutions have threatened to soon publish Khedr Rasouli's forced confessions, confessions that were obtained under extralegal detention conditions and under pressure.

This action is part of the Islamic Republic's policy of systematic repression.
