According to a report received by the Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on Saturday, October 11, 2025, Zahra Qaemi, a resident of Tehran and a lecturer and member of the Women's and Family Studies Department at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Tehran, was murdered by her husband, Khafe.
