Haditha Morvaridi, 24, from Fariman, was arrested by security forces on January 8, 1404, at the same time as the nationwide protests, and has been held in Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad for months.

حدیثه مرواریدی، ۲۴ ساله و اهل فریمان، هم‌زمان با اعتراضات سراسری در تاریخ ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شده و ماه‌هاست در زندان وکیل‌آباد مشهد نگهداری می‌شود.

بر اساس گزارش‌های منتشرشده، پرونده او با اتهام «سب‌النبی» در حال رسیدگی قضایی است؛ اتهامی سنگین که در قوانین جمهوری اسلامی می‌تواند مجازات اعدام در پی داشته باشد. طرح این اتهام در ادامه موج سرکوب معترضان و صدور احکام سنگین، نگرانی‌ها درباره روند دادرسی و رعایت حقوق متهمان را افزایش داده است.

خانواده حدیثه مرواریدی اعلام کرده است که او پس از پایان بازجویی‌ها به بند عمومی زندان منتقل شده؛ بندی که از نظر بهداشتی و امکانات اولیه در وضعیت نامناسبی قرار دارد.

همچنین تاکنون اطلاعات شفافی درباره وضعیت سلامت حدیثه مرواریدی و دسترسی او به وکیل منتخب منتشر نشده است؛ موضوعی که نگرانی‌ها درباره نقض حقوق قانونی او را تشدید کرده است.
