according to the disclosure of an official who did not want to name 15 countries sent their special military to Ukraine to fight against Russia, they made a decision on 23 and 24.09.2022 secret meeting between those countries, after meetings made the decision the countries started to send their special and well-trained military to Ukraine. Those countries planned with a budget of 8 billion dollars to be able to weaken Russia.

A budget of 8 billion dollars in addition to sending special forces to Ukraine plus a group to be able to divide Russia into small countries in the future. Turkey and Qatar play a very important role in this plan
