Information: Norway and Denmark next terror target
On a French website singled Norway and Denmark as the next target for terrorist attacks. Norwegian security police (PST) confirms that it is aware of the threat.


- We are aware of the threat and are working to investigate whether there is a real threat, says Siv Alsén, Lifts responsible for PST to Norwegian TV2.

"Taking it seriously"
The threat has been posted on a French online forums. According to pst get into several similar things daily.

- But we take it seriously and will investigate it closely, says Jon Fitje Hoffman to NRK. He states that he does not know how long the data have been looking on the internet.

Asked if he sees any connection with the terrorist attack in France, he replies:

- We have begun work to see if it dinns any connection between those behind the terrorist attack in France and people who are in Norway. But so far they have not found any verified information that there is no link to Norway.

The Foreign Minister: Do not give an inch
The Norwegian Foreign Minister Børge Brende says he knows the data.

- I am happy to PST taking this seriously. But we must not let ourselves be intimidated. It is the terrorists' goals. We must not give an inch, Brende says to NRK.

Last summer was raised terror preparedness in Norway after PST received information that an extremist Islamist group in Syria planned to carry out a terror campaign in Norway.
