تركيا تعلم جيداً مدى جدية وخطورة إعتقال أثنين من ضباطها ذو المكانة الحساسة في الدولة من قبل جهاز استخبارات حزب العمال الكردستاني , ولهذا قامت بإجراءات إستباقية ضد حزب الاتحاد الوطني الكردستاني كما إنها طلبت من إيران وبعض أحزاب إقليم كردستان العراق بالتدخل لإطلاق سراح ضباطها الاثنين , ولكن لاقت الرفض من قبل العمال الكردستاني , ما إضطرت تركيا الى إرسال رئيس المخابرات ’’ هاكان فيدان ’’ الى إقليم كردستان العراق، لإجاد حل لإطلاق سراح الضابطين ولمناقشة إمكانية إيقاف الاستفتاء المزمع إجراؤه في 25 من الشهر الجاري لانفصال الإقليم.

وبحسب مصادر لـ عربي21، فإن “هاكان فيدان وصل إلى أربيل، أمس الثلاثاء، بالتزامن مع تواجد قائد فيلق القدس الإيراني قاسم سليماني، في محاولة من تركيا لإيقاف الاستفتاء الكردي”.

وقال ناشطون أتراك عبر صفحات التواصل الاجتماعي أن هاكان فيدان في هولير لإيقاف الاستفتاء بينما الهدف الاساسي من زيارة فيدان هي محاولة فك أسر ضباطه المعتقلين لدى العمال الكردستاني.

وكانت قد كشفت صحيفة “المونيتور” الأمريكية، الاثنين الماضي 11/09/2017، عن عزم رئيس جهاز الاستخبارات التركي هاكان فيدان التوجه إلى أربيل هذا الأسبوع في إطار مهمة تهدف إلى الإفراج عن العناصر الأتراك الذين يحتجزهم مسلحون أكراد ويفترض أن تشمل أيضا محاولة تأجيل استفتاء من أجل استقلال إقليم كردستان عن العراق.

وقالت الصحيفة في تقرير لها إن مسؤولين محليين رفضوا الكشف عن هويتهم، رفضوا التحدث عن الموضوع، ولم يرد متحدث باسم الاستخبارات الوطنية التركية على مطالبات “المونيتور” بالتعليق.

وأضافت أن تقارير دقيقة، تؤكد أن فيدان تفاوض بشكل مطوّل للإفراج عن اثنين من ضباط المخابرات التركية المحتجزين لدى حزب العمال الكردستاني، في حين أكد مسؤولون من الاتحاد الوطني الكردستاني بزعامة جلال الطالباني لتركيا أنه سيتم الإفراج عن هذين الشخصين.

في السياق ذاته صرح القيادي في حزب العمال الكردستاني مصطفى كاراسو، الأسبوع الماضي، في مقابلة إذاعية أن حزبه لا تحتفظ باثنين فقط من “المخابرات التركية” رفيعي المستوى المحتجزين لديها، وإنما لديها 18 مسؤولا تركيا آخرين. ولم يقدم أي دليل على ما إذا كان بالإمكان الإفراج عنهم.

وبحسب ما نقلت “المونيتور” فإن كاراسو ادعى في وقت سابق أن المواطنين الأتراك يحملون جوازات سفر دبلوماسية وكانوا مسؤولين عن إدارة شبكة من الجواسيس تعمل على حزب العمال الكردستاني.

ويحكم الاتحاد الوطني الكردستاني محافظة السليمانية، ويقال إن عملية “اللدغة” التي وصفها بالتفصيل الفاضل هورامي، لـ”المونيتور” قد تمت. وقيل إن الأتراك سافروا من أنقرة وتم اعتقالهم بينما كانوا يجتمعون مع عناصرهم داخل حزب العمال الكردستاني.

وقد تعرض الاتحاد الوطني الكردستاني لهجوم كثيف من أنقرة وإتهمتها بإنها شريك حزب العمال الكردستاني وأنها المسؤول فيما حصل كون العملية جرت ضمن دائرة حكمها , وقد طلب من بهروز جلالي، ممثل الاتحاد الوطني الكردستاني في أنقرة المغادرة يوم 23 آب/ أغسطس بسبب عدم قدرته في الإفراج عن الأتراك.
