Although six years have passed since the crisis in Syria, the result of the infertility of the so-called Geneva negotiations led to the loss of millions of millions of Syrian children and millions of them. Although the democratic forces that existed in northern Syria were from the beginning the owners of the draft solution and have the political will to negotiate, but were excluded and marginalized. Therefore, all the discussions that were conducted were in vain, because of the absence of the owners of the draft solution. Today, the successes achieved in northern Syria from the political and military point of view have imposed their presence on all international, regional and local forces, with their credibility in the approach of the revolution and stressed that it is the only alternative that can achieve stability in Syria and that it is the only force that has the bargaining power.
In the past, we have repeatedly stressed that the solution must emerge from the Syrian will, but the insistence on the regime by the regime and the Syrian coalition led to the failure of all our attempts. But despite the fact that the statement made by the Syrian Foreign Minister came too late and that the regime was ready to negotiate with the Kurds, we consider it positive, because we believe that the only option for ending the crisis in Syria is to negotiate on an initial basis. We would like to emphasize, as a joint presidency of the executive of the North Syrian Federation, that we are with the dialogue and we are ready to negotiate and that we are the owners of a project that has the potential to resolve all issues in Syria. And that in the name of all existing components we have the political will to begin negotiations on the democratic federal system which we see as a comprehensive solution for all of Syria.

هذا ما تمنيته وطرحته قبل يومين: وقلت بالحرف إننا جاهزون للتفاوض مع النظام لأننا نملك القوة والحل في مشروعنا الفدرالية لشمال سوريا لجميع القضاية السورية وإنهاء الازمة.

بيان الهيئة التنفيذية لفيدرالية شمال سوريا تبدي استعدادها للتفاوض مع النظام ردا على وليد المعلم 

بالرغم من مرور ست سنوات على الأزمة في سورية، إلا أنه نتيجة العقم والانسداد الذي ساد فيما كان يسمى بمفاوضات جنيف أدى إلى أن يهدر دماء الملايين من بنات وأبناء الشعوب في سوريا ويتشرد الملايين منهم. بالرغم من أن القوى الديمقراطية التي تواجدت في شمال سورية كانوا منذ البداية أصحاب مشروع الحل ويمتلكون الإرادة السياسية للتفاوض إلا أنه تم إقصاءهم وتهميشهم. لذلك كل المباحثات التي تمت كانت دون جدوى، بسبب غياب أصحاب مشروع الحل. واليوم النجاحات التي تم تحقيقها في شمال سوريا من الناحية السياسية والعسكرية باتت تفرض وجودها على كل القوى الدولية والإقليمية والمحلية وذلك بما تتحلى به من مصداقية في نهج الثورة وأكدت بأنها البديل الوحيد الذي يمكن أن يحقق الاستقرار في سورية وبأنها القوة الوحيدة التي تملك قوة التفاوض.

إننا وفي الفترة الماضية أكدنا مراراً بأنه يجب أن ينبثق الحل من الإرادة السورية ولكن الإصرار في العنجهية من قبل النظام وللائتلاف السوري أدى إلى فشل كل محاولتنا. ولكن بالرغم من أن التصريح الذي أدلى به وزير الخارجية السوري جاء متأخراً جداً والذي كان بصدد استعداد النظام للتفاوض مع الكرد، إلا إننا نعتبره أمراً إيجابياً، لأننا مؤمنون بأن الخيار الوحيد من أجل إنهاء الأزمة في سوريا هو التفاوض وفق أسس مبدئية. إننا نود أن نؤكد كرئاسة مشتركة للهيئة التنفيذية لفيدرالية شمال سورية، بأننا مع الحوار وإننا مستعدون للتفاوض وأننا أصحاب مشروع يملك إمكانية حل كل القضايا في سورية. وأننا باسم كل المكونات الموجودة نملك الإرادة السياسية للبدء بالتفاوض بصدد النظام الفيدرالي الديمقراطي الذي نراه حلا شاملا لكل سوريا.
