According to the published reports, on Tuesday, December 29, 1401, a court hearing was held in Branch One of the Revolutionary Court of Sari on the charges of Mozhgan Kavsi, a Kurdish political prisoner and one of the detainees of the recent protests.

According to published news, this court session was held with the presence of Osman Mazin and Maziar Tatai, his defense lawyers. Earlier, during another court in Nowshahr, he was accused of corruption on earth due to inciting people to fight and spreading prostitution by publishing content on his personal page.

Mozhgan Kaousi, one of the activists of Kurdish culture and language in Kalardasht region in the north of Iran, was arrested and imprisoned before because of his activities.
