genocide against yazidis in iraq 2014.08.03 barzani tricked yazidis and took weapons from yazidis, when barzani promised to give yazidis modern weapons to defend themselves against isis terrorists the islamic brutal terror group. #Barzani_is_a_traitor. barzani deceived Yazidis and never gave weapons to Yazidis, to defend against isis terrorists.

Barzani is anti-kurd

But it was not true barzani cooperated with isis and never gave weapons to yazidis.

When isis attacked yazidis, then yazidis had no weapon to defend themselves, barzani's forces ran away and never defended yazidis. barzani forces ran to erbil leaving yazidis to isis terrorists.

Then ISIS terrorists the Islamic brutal terror group raped girls and killed elderly and young men. isis terrorists took with them more than 55000 thousand girls aged from 11 to 30 years old.

since ISIS terrorists sold Yazidi girls as slavery.

Islamic terrorists sold Yazidi girls as sex slaves.

HISTORIC FIRST JUDGMENT IN GERMANY FOR GENOCIDE OF YAZIDS.

A court in Frankfurt has sentenced an Iraqi man to life in prison for genocide and crimes against humanity in the world's first criminal case involving the genocide of Yazidis. The man was a member of the armed group "Islamic State" (IS), and it is the first time a member of IS has been convicted of genocide.

On August 3, 2014, IS launched a large-scale attack on the region of Sinjar in northern Iraq and carried out major massacres of the civilian population in the region. It is about mass killing, sexual violence, torture and slavery. More than 5,000 people were killed and more than 400,000 people were displaced from their homes. To this day, more than 2,800 Yazidi women and children are either still prisoners of IS or have disappeared.

The man was convicted of genocide for buying a Yazidi woman and her five-year-old daughter as slaves in 2015. The court found that the man, as a member of IS, intended to wipe out the Yazidi religious minority by buying two Yazidi women and holding them as slaves. The man punished the five-year-old girl by chaining her to a window where she could not get shelter from the sun. He let her die in front of her mother who could not prevent it. He was thus convicted of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes.

— Today's historic verdict confirms for the first time in a court that what IS subjected the Yazidi minority in northern Iraq to constitutes the crime of genocide. The survivors who testified reinforced with their horrific stories how systematically IS worked to wipe out the Yazidis in Iraq, says Meike Olszak at Amnesty International in Germany.

THE YAZIDI MINORITY IN NORTHERN IRAQ IS SUBJECTED TO THE CRIME OF GENOCIDE.

- Seven years have now passed since the genocide. It was high time to move forward in the fight against impunity for crimes against the Yazidis, and for justice for the victims. But the verdict must be seen as a beginning: further legal processes are needed to bring out the truth about the serious crimes the Yazidis have been subjected to, says Pari Ibrahim, one of the Yazidi survivors.

The trial was remarkable in several ways. It was, among other things, the first trial based on the principle of universal jurisdiction. It means that serious crimes against international law can be tried anywhere in the world, regardless of where the crime was committed and the nationality of the perpetrators and victims. In this case, it concerned a perpetrator who was not a German citizen and who was extradited to Germany on the basis of an international arrest warrant.

— The process that took place in Frankfurt is an important step. But more trials are needed, especially when it comes to gender-based violence such as mass rape, forced marriage and other types of sexual violence, says Alexander Schwarz, Amnesty International in Germany.
