The situation is very unfavorable and requires serious intervention on your part.

 

I am sure you are aware that everywhere in the world refugees are helped by the government, but in South Kurdistan, we have not only not been helped, but every time and with inappropriate excuses, money (better to say per capita) is taken from us.
This time the headache is very ugly because in addition to forced extortion, discrimination has been made between parties and even individual refugees. 
Let me briefly describe the situation.
Three months before my residence permit expired, I went to the residence permit office to renew it. They told me that I had to pay 85,000 dinars for a blood test.
I thought he was a new employee and thought we were new, so I told him we had been here for about twenty years and blood tests were for newcomers.
He said well, it is not new or old and you have to go and take the exam and your residence permit will be renewed.
I said, "Is there a new epidemic?"
I thought it was a new disease and I wasn't aware.
He said no, it is enough for you and it is a new order from Erbil and you have to pay that amount.
I went back to the director of the refugee department and asked him, “What is the difference between me and you?
The response of the department director and the asylum staff convinced me that they did not justify the decision, but for whatever reason they had to implement it.
I said this is a headache and I will not give it.
They said you know, but you will be fined for any days you delay.
I made the article a Facebook post, but several people contacted me and said that there is no such amount of money in Erbil.
I was also informed that the testing company belonged to Mullah Mustafa Barzani (Masood Nalem's father and I mean his son) and Masrour Barzani's son Arin.
After three months, I was indirectly told to stop the extortion. I visited the residence again yesterday. (We have visited them twice more)
They said that the matter remains the same and for these three months, in addition to the 85,000 dinars, you must pay a fine of 270,000 dinars.
This oppression is partly political and is to beat Sulaimani. Otherwise, why is the order issued from Erbil not implemented in Erbil itself?
Even in Sulaimani, it has not been implemented for many people and some people do not need to take the test with the support of the party.
If this issue is related to health, why don't those who support the PKK get tested?
Does party support prevent the disease?
Why isn't this amount charged in Erbil?
Who and which company will the money go to?
I hope and please order an investigation into this matter and prevent this oppression of Kurdish refugees in other parts of Kurdistan in the south, especially Sulaymaniyah

دڵنیام ئاگاداری لە هەموو شوێنێکی دونیا پەنابەران لە لایەن حکومەتەوە یارمەتی ئەدرێن کە چی لە باشوری کوردستان دا ، ئێمە نە تەنیا یارمەتی نەکراوین بەلکو هەر جارە و بە پاساوێکی نەشیاو پارەمان (  باشترە بلێم سەرانە ) لێ وەر گیراوە و وەر ئەگیرێ .
سەرانەی ئەمجارە زۆر قێزەونە چونکا بێجگە لەوەی پارە ئەستاندنی زۆرە ملێ یە ، جیاوازی لە نێوان پارت و لایەنەکان و بگرە تاکی پەنابەریش دا کراوە و ئەکرێ .
 با ڕەوشەکەت بە کورتی بۆ باس بکەم.
سێ مانگ پێش کاتی ئیقامەکەم بە سەر چوو و بۆ تازە کردنەوەی ڕۆشتم بۆ دائیرەی ئیقامە ، لەوێ وتیان ئەبێ بۆ تازە کردنەوەی ٨٥٠٠٠ دینار بدەیت بۆ تاقی کردنەوەی خوێن.
پێم وابوو ئەو کارمەندە تازەیە و پێی وایە تازە هاتووین ، بۆیە پێم گوت ئێمە نزیکەی بیست ساڵە لێرەین و فەحسی خوێن بۆ ئەوانەیە کە تازە دێن .
وتی وەڵا تازە و کۆنەی نیە و ئەبێ بڕۆی ئەو تاقی کردنەوە بکەیت جا ئیقامەکەت بۆ تازە ئەکرێتەوە.
وتم ئەپیدمی تازە هاتووە ؟
پێم وابوو نەخۆشیە تازە هاتووە و من ئاگادار نیم .
وتی ناوەڵا بەس بۆ ئێوەیە و ئەمری تازەی هەولێرە و ئەبێ ئەو بڕە پارەیە بدەیت.
چوومەوە بۆ لای بەڕێوەبەری بەشەکەی پەنابەران و گوتم باشە جیاوازی من و بەڕێزتان چیە کە ئەبێ من فەحس بکرێم کە وەک بەڕێزتان لەم شارە ئەژیم ؟ 
وەڵامی بەڕێوەبەری بەشەکە و کارمەندانی پەنابەرێتی بەو قەناعەتەی گەیاندم کە ئەوانیش ئەو بڕیارەیان پێ ڕەوا نیە ، بەڵام بە هەر هۆکارێک بێت ناچارن جێ بە جێی بکەن .
وتم ئەم کارە سەرانە ئەستاندنە و نایدەم .
وتیان خۆت ئەزانی ، بەڵام هەرچەند ڕۆژ دوای بخەیت غەرامە ئەکرێیت. 
بابەتەکەم کرد بە پۆستێکی فەیسبوک کە چی چەندین کەس پەیوەندییان پێوە کردم و وتیان لە هەولێر ئەو بڕە پارە بوونی نیە .
هەر وەها ئاگادار کرام کە ئەو کۆمپانیای تاقی کردنەوە هی مەلا موستەفا بارزانی ( باوکی مەسعود نالێم و مبەست کورەکەیەتی) و ئارینی کوڕی مەسرور بارزانیە.
پاش سێ مانگ و بەو پێیە لە ئیقامە ناڕاستەوخۆ پێم گوترا بوو کە لە هەوڵ دان ئەو پارە ئەستاندنە ڕا بگرن ، دوێنێ سەردانی ئیقامەم کردەوە . ( لەم ماوەدا دو جاریتریش سەردانمان کردون)
گوتیان بابەتەکە وەک خۆی ماوە و بۆ ئەم سێ مانگەش ، بێجگە لە ٨٥٠٠٠ دینارەکە ئەبێ بڕی ٢٧٠٠٠٠ دینار غەرامەش بدەیت.
ئەم زوڵمە بەشێکی سیاسیە و بۆ لێدانە لە سلێمانی،  ئەگینا بۆ ئەمرێ کە لە هەولێرەوە دەرچووە لە خودی هەولێر جێ بە جێ ناکرێت ؟ 
تەنانەت لە سلێمانیش بۆ زۆر کەس جێ بە جێ نەکراوە و هەندی لە کەسەکان بە پشتگیری حیزب پێویست ناکات ئەو فەحسە بکەن .
باشە ئەگەر ئەم بابەتە پەیوەندی بە تەندروستی هەیە خێرە بۆ ئەوانەی پشتگیری پارتێ دێنن ئەو فەحسەیان بۆ ناکرێ ؟
پشتگیری حیزبێ نەخۆشیەکە دور ئەخاتەوە ؟ 
بۆ لە هەولێر ئەو بڕە پارە وەر ناگیرێ ؟
ئەو پارە بۆ کێ و کام کۆمپانی ئەچێ ؟
هیوادارم و تکایە ئەمر بکە لێ کۆڵینەوە و بە دواداچوون بۆ ئەو بابەتە بکرێت و پێش بەو زوڵمە لە کوردانی پەنابەری بەشەکانیتری کوردستان لە باشور و بە تایبەت سلێمانی بگرە
