Political earthquake in Iraq with the disclosure of Nouri al-Maliki's audio file!

An audio file attributed to Nouri al-Maliki, the leader of the Dawah party and the former prime minister of Iraq, with the theme of threatening to gather forces to attack Najaf and Moqtada Sadr, the leader of the Sadr movement, has been published.

According to the leaked file, al-Maliki attacked Sadr's movement in a part of his speech and said: Iraq is on the verge of a devastating war and the political struggle has reached the stage of using weapons and fighting, because if Moqtada Sadr and his project are not destroyed, there is no chance. It will not exist to survive.

He also stated in a part of this audio file that he does not trust the Iraqi army and police to attack Najaf and kill Moqtada Sadr, and added: "My reliance on the militia groups is loyal to me."

According to Iraqi media reports, thousands of Muqtada Sadr's supporters held protest rallies in Sadr town of Baghdad last Friday prayer in response to the release of this audio file.
