On Feb 9, Tom Barrack called Kurdish leader Barzani, urging him to convince the SDF to disarm.

Rami Abdul Rahman, head of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, issued a very strong reaction.

 Why didn't you reach out and demand that Ahmad Al Shara completely disarm the hundreds of thousands of tribal members who were responsible for killing the innocent Druze people in Sweda last July? Furthermore,

 why was nothing done about those who killed the Alawites this past March and those who killed the Kurds back in January last year?
