في مقابلة لاحد المقربين من هاكان فيدان رئيس المخابرات التركية بعد زيارته السرية الى العراق  ورد في التقرير الاسبوعي لصحيفة "ديلي صباح " التركية المقربة من النظام بعد الاستفسار عن مدى خطورة الكيان الكوردي في شمال العراق على امن تركيا القومي كتب يقول : السياسة الحكيمة للرئيس أردوغان جعل من هذا الكيان ميتا قبل ولادته وذلك رغم سيطرتنا التامة على اقتصاد شمال العراق تم زرع عناصر المخابرات المجهزة بالاسلحة في جميع ارجاءها والسيطرة على اركان القرار في مايسمى بحكومة شمال العراق وتم تجنيد قيادات جميع الاحزاب المشاركة فيها منهم مدير شمال العراق و رئيس حزب البارزانى بمعاهدات واتفاقات طويلة الامد للدفاع عنهم ضد اي تهديد من بعضهم البعض او من شعبهم وعدم افشاء اسرارهم من الفساد المالي والاخلاقي ابتداء من سيطرتنا على فضيحة ٨٠٠ مليون دولار مرسلة الى تركيا من قبل نيجيرفان للتبييض  معبئة في قواطي معجون طماطة مصدرة من معمل تعليب الحرير  ، وبعدها علاقاتهم الغير طبيعية. احد هذه الاتفاقات تم عندما خيرنا  نيجيرفان بارزاني بارسال قواته لضرب كيانات الاكراد الارهابية شمال سوريا او دفع تكاليف جميع العمليات العسكرية للجيش التركي والقوات المتحالفة معنا ضد الكيانات الارهابية في شمال سوريا والعراق ،عندما انحرج من ردة الفعل الشعبية وقع هذا الاتفاق المهم والذي يستقطع مبالغه من واردات النفط المودعة في خالك بانك وعند عجز  الدفع يسجل عليهم كقرض متراكم بفوائد مجزية بلغت حتى الان مليارات الدولارات ،ثم قمنا بتوقيع اتفاقات نفطية مهمة تضمن لنا السيطرة الطويلة الامد على معظم الحقول النفطية مقابل دفع مبالغ الى افراد العائلات والقيادات الحاكمة ولولا التدخل الامريكي بارسال قوات عراقية الى كركوك لاستمر سيطرتنا على جميع الصادرات النفطية من كركوك المارة عبر تركيا بدون مقابل ،وعندما  كان الوضع  العسكري لمسعود بارزاني  حرجا في معاركه الداخلية مع حزب الطالباني طالب البارزاني  مساعدتنا العسكرية لانقاذه من السقوط فوقع معنا اتفاقا مهما تسمح لنا بالدخول الى شمال العراق وقت ما نشاء وانشاء القواعد فيها بالاضافة الى تحميلات مالية باهضة  عليهم وعدم السماح لهم بانشاء مشاريع استراتيجية  تسند اقتصادهم  ومنها سد بيخمة وربطهم بالاعتماد الكامل على السلع التركية بالاضافة الى عدم سماحنا لهم بالتقرب من بغداد (المركز )وسيطرتنا على اموالهم واجبارهم على ضخ مليارات  من اموالهم  في مشاريعنا الستراتيجية مثل بناء مطار إسطانبول  وغيرها .واستطيع القول اننا أنشأنا كيانا مجردا من اية مقومات اقتصادية لتمكنهم من انشاء دولة ونسحقهم وقت ما نشاء ونوجههم لضرب كافة الكيانات  الكوردية في المناطق المجاورة التي تحلم بالاستقلال في المستقبل وجعلهم عنصر عدم استقرارالعراق ،لذلك لا نرى فيهم اي تهديد على امن تركيا القومي.
