ISIL Khomeini regime massacres young people Arman Abdul Ali was executed today in Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj

This morning, Wednesday, 24.11.2021, the death sentence of Arman Abdolali, a child prisoner, was carried out in Rajai Shahr Prison in Karaj. The prisoner was transferred to one of the solitary confinement cells in Rajai Shahr Prison in Karaj yesterday to serve his sentence, and his family was told to return to the prison for a final visit. The execution of this sentence has been requested despite the serious ambiguities in the case and the global wave of requests to stop it. The Judiciary Media Center also announced this morning that the prisoner had been executed. Last night, hours before the execution of Amnesty International, in response to the sudden transfer of Arman Abdul Ali to solitary confinement, he expressed his anger and demanded that Ali Khamenei be ordered to stop the sentence. On October 10, Arman Abdul Ali's former and current lawyers issued a letter to the head of the judiciary, expressing concern over the imminent execution of the sentence, calling for an order to suspend the execution of the sentence. Earlier, Amnesty International called for a halt to the imminent execution of the sentence, saying: "Iranian authorities are violating international law by sentencing people under the age of 18 to death." In late July of this year, the lawyer for the parents of this case announced that Arman Abdolali's case had been referred to the Tehran Criminal Court for execution. Earlier, the death sentence of Arman Abdul Ali, a child offender convicted of murder, was upheld by the Supreme Court for the second time. Arman denied Ghazaleh's murder in court and said: "I was a child then. "I made many mistakes, but I did not commit murder." Mr. Abdolali was previously tried in Branch 5 of the Criminal Court of Tehran Province and sentenced to death again on September 2020, following the issuance of a retrial order.

Earlier, the defendant's lawyer acquitted his client, claiming that his body had not been found, and that Ghazaleh's family had taken a leave of absence from the university a few months after the murder of their daughter, and requested a retrial. It was accepted by the judges of the Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, Ghazaleh's parents had said about the issue of taking study leave for their daughter: "Considering that we did not find any clues about our daughter's body and we hoped that our daughter might be alive, we took a semester leave from her university with the same idea."

Arman Abdul Ali is accused of killing his girlfriend Ghazaleh Shakur in 1992 when he was less than 18 years old. He is said to have confessed to Ghazaleh's murder after his arrest and interrogation, saying, "I pushed Ghazaleh because of my great love for her and she refused to marry me, and Ghazaleh was killed." But Arman Abdul Ali later confesses that I did not do such a thing and denies the murder.

Following the proceedings and while Ghazaleh is still missing and her body has not been found, Arman's court sentenced her to death and the case will be referred to the Supreme Court and then to the Court of Appeals. Finally, after six years, Arman was sentenced to death. Approved by the Supreme Court.
