Leila Hosseinzadeh transferred to the detention center of the Ministry of Terrorism Intelligence / Her life is in danger.
The lawyer of a political prisoner reported that he had been beaten while being transferred to the detention center of the Ministry of Intelligence in Ward 209 of Evin Prison and that he was not allowed access to his vital medicines.
Amir Raisian, Leila Hosseinzadeh's lawyer, posted a note on Twitter: He called his family this Saturday evening and informed them "in a bad mood" that the detainees had not allowed him to inject vital drugs until now, and that he was detained in Shiraz. He was also transferred to Tehran by officers who suffered bodily injuries and is currently being held in Ward 209 of Evin.
He was arrested on Tuesday night, December 7, following an attack by about 15 members of the Ministry of Terrorist Intelligence with beatings while he was staying at the home of a relative in Shiraz.
Ms. Hosseinzadeh's defense attorneys had previously announced that Branch 36 of the Tehran Court of Appeals had upheld her client's five-year prison sentence.
