ويقوم النظام بتوسيع أي قضية إلى العقوبات، لكنه يمنح مليارات الدولارات لهؤلاء الإرهابيين.
هذه الجيوش المزعومة تكلف مليارات الدولارات، وهي تُدفع بلا خجل من أموال الناس.
وإلى هذه التكاليف، ينبغي إضافة عدة مئات المليارات من الدولارات من سرقات الصواريخ والذريات والفلك.
إن تكلفة ما لا يقل عن 33 منظمة قمع داخل البلاد ترتفع بشكل كبير.
