بنا بر اطلاعات موثق، در ادامه بازداشتهای شبکه فساد ساختاری در شهرداری مریوان، «گلچین خوشسپهر» (نائب رئیس پیشین، رئیس سابق و عضو فعلی شورای شهر) به اتهام ارتشا و غارت اموال عمومی بازداشت شده است. این پرونده در امتداد دستگیری «سیامک مهرنیا» (مسئول سابق حراست شهرداری مریوان) جلو رفته است؛ یعنی دقیقاً همان دزدگیرهایی که خودشان رئیس باند غارتگری بودند!
⚠️ از رانت مسکن تا دزدی از بودجه خیریه زندانیان:
شبکه خوشسپهر و مهرنیا سالها با تکیه بر نفوذ امنیتی خود، رانتهای کلانی را در حوزه تغییر کاربری اراضی، تراکمفروشی و تعاونیهای مسکن مریوان هدایت میکردند. اما عمق فاجعه اینجاست که این فعال حکومتی، با سوءاستفاده از موقعیت خود به عنوان مدیر «انجمن حمایت از زندانیان مریوان»، مبالغ کلانی را که تحت پوشش خیریه برای کمک به خانوادههای بیبضاعت زندانیان جمعآوری شده بود، غارت و صرف سرمایهگذاریهای شخصی کرده است.

او در حال حاضر در بند زنان زندان سنندج (کانون اصلاح و تربیت) نگهداری میشود و با ممنوعیت شدید تماس و ملاقات مواجه است. دلیل این ایزولهسازی قضایی کاملاً روشن است؛ خوشسپهر به عنوان رئیس شورا و مدیر انجمن حمایت از زندانیان، مخزن اسرار رشوهخواری و باجگیریهای دانه درشتهای اطلاعات، اطلاعات سپاه و مقامات ارشد دادگستری استان کردستان است و رژیم وحشت دارد که با یک تماس، نام شرکای اصلی غارت فاش شود. 👥👇
