Stop Turkey's war against Kurds!

- Stop arms exports to Turkey
- Pre-flight ban on Northern Syria (Rojava)
- Prioritize immediate preparedness for humanitarian aid
- Introduce economic and military sanctions against Turkey


With indirect help from US President Donald Trump, Turkey has launched a merciless military operation in the Kurdish parts of Syria. According to recent reports from the area, over 20 civilians have already lost their lives and hundreds are injured and are being cared for at various hospitals in the region. Tens of thousands are currently on a desperate flight from the Turkish military's aerial bombings.

The whole world is following developments with great concern.
All EU member states have commented on the operation and warned of the catastrophic consequences for the civilian population.

The UN Security Council has been called to an extraordinary meeting. Several European and Arab countries have acted on this issue, condemning Turkey's aggression and demanding that Turkey immediately stop its military offensive.

The situation is very serious. The risk of a major humanitarian disaster is obvious if the outside world does not act immediately. The Kurds who make up the majority in these areas risk being ethnically cleansed from their areas.

The international community with the United Nations, the EU at the forefront bears a great responsibility when they are unable to prevent Turkey's aggression against the Kurds. President Erdogan and his regime are currently committing a violation of international law.

The Kurds did not start the war in Syria, but it was mainly we who became IS and other terrorist groups' primary target. It is time for the international community to take full responsibility and defend a defenseless people.

We appeal to the Swedish government, to the UN, to the EU to all parliamentary parties, to individual politicians to act forcefully against Turkey's unilateral war against the Kurdish people.

أوقفوا حرب تركيا ضد الأكراد!

- فرض عقوبات اقتصادية وعسكرية ضد تركيا

بمساعدة غير مباشرة من الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب ، شنت تركيا عملية عسكرية لا ترحم في الأجزاء الكردية من سوريا. وفقًا للتقارير الأخيرة الواردة من المنطقة ، فقد أكثر من 20 مدنياً بالفعل أرواحهم وأصيب المئات ويجري تلقي الرعاية لهم في مختلف المستشفيات في المنطقة. عشرات الآلاف في الوقت الراهن في رحلة يائسة من القصف الجوي للجيش التركي.

العالم كله يتابع التطورات بقلق كبير.

علقت جميع الدول الأعضاء في الاتحاد الأوروبي على العملية وحذرت من العواقب الوخيمة على السكان المدنيين.

تم استدعاء مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة لحضور اجتماع استثنائي. لقد تبنت عدة دول أوروبية وعربية هذه القضية ، وأدانت عدوان تركيا وطالبت تركيا بوقف هجومها العسكري على الفور.

الوضع خطير جدا. إن خطر حدوث كارثة إنسانية كبرى واضح إذا لم يعمل العالم الخارجي على الفور. الأكراد الذين يشكلون الأغلبية في هذه المناطق يجازفون بالتطهير العرقي من مناطقهم.

يتحمل المجتمع الدولي مع الأمم المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي في المقدمة مسؤولية كبيرة عندما يكونون غير قادرين على منع العدوان التركي على الأكراد. الرئيس أردوغان ونظامه يرتكبون حالياً انتهاكًا للقانون الدولي.

لم يبدأ الأكراد الحرب في سوريا ، لكننا كنا بالدرجة الأولى نحن الذين أصبحنا داعش وغيرها من الجماعات الإرهابية الهدف الرئيسي. لقد حان الوقت للمجتمع الدولي لتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة والدفاع عن شعب أعزل.

نناشد الحكومة السويدية والأمم المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي جميع الأحزاب البرلمانية والسياسيين الأفراد التحرك بقوة ضد حرب تركيا أحادية الجانب ضد الشعب الكردي.
