The Open Letter of Civil, Political and Human Rights Activists of Kurdistan Region is as follows:

"To the Secretary-General of the United Nations
As you know, the Turkish government is sending hundreds of thousands of soldiers and fighters to extremist and terrorist groups and transferring weapons of mass destruction to the borders of Rojava's northern Kurdish regions and Syria in the wake of a full-scale war aimed at racially cleansing and eradicating the Kurds. In this part of the Middle East it has emerged.



You are aware that hundreds of thousands of people were killed and millions displaced by the Turkish government and others in Syria during the civil wars and proxy terrorist wars. As well as fighting the terrorist group Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, which unfortunately helped the Turkish government by facilitating recruitment and logistics, more than 11,000 Kurds were killed and tens of thousands were injured or partially wounded.
The Kurds, as the largest ally in the war against ISIS and in the democratic Syrian forces, have fought for years with counter-IS forces.
The Kurds, as the largest ethnic and minority minority, along with Arabs, Assyrians and other minorities, have ruled areas cleared of ISIS terrorists for about five years through the PA. Rojava and its democratic administration, despite the constant threats from Turkey and terrorist groups and even the threats of Bashar al-Assad's government, shelter hundreds of thousands of non-Kurdish refugees and keep thousands of ISIS fighters imprisoned.
Your Excellency, Kurdish Kurdish civil, political and human rights activists in Iran, believe that Turkey aims not to fight terrorists, but to revive ISIL terrorists under a new name, with the ultimate goal of outright genocide of Kurds and Kurds. In order to change the demographics of the Rojava Kurdish regions to the north and east of the Euphrates, Turkey seeks to silence the genocides of genocides against the Kurds in a silent occupation in the light of the silent occupation of world communities and European and American governments. .
We consider any attack on Rojava to be catastrophic that will have bloody and painful consequences for the Kurdish people and the peoples of north and east Syria and the whole Middle East. We see no attempt to prevent this tragedy and silence from the Turkish military attack on Rojava as a complicity in the genocide of the Kurds and a complicity in the aggression, occupation and participation in the crime against humanity. We urge you, the Security Council and other world forums, to prevent Turkey from this military attack and from creating a new humanitarian catastrophe in northern Syria.

نامه سرگشاده فعالان مدنی، سیاسی و حقوق بشری روژهلات کوردستان به شرح زیر است:

«به دبیرکل سازمان ملل متحد

همانگونه که اطلاع دارید، دولت ترکیه با اعزام صدها هزار سرباز و جنگجوی گروههای افراطی و تروریستی و انتقال ابزارآلات جنگی و کشتار جمعی به مرزهای مناطق کوردنشین روژآوا در شمال و شرق سوریه در آستانه یک جنگ تمام عیار با هدف پاکسازی نژادی و ریشه کن کردن کوردها در این بخش از خاورمیانه برآمده است.

استحضار دارید که در جریان جنگهای داخلی و جنگ تروریستهای نیابتی از سوی دولت ترکیه و دیگران در سوریه صدها هزار انسان قربانی و میلیونها نفر نیز آواره شدند. همینطور در مقابله با گروه تروریستی دولت اسلامی عراق و شام که متاسفانه دولت ترکیه با تسهیل جلب و جذب نیرو و لجستیکی به آن کمک شایانی میکرد ،بیش از یازده هزار نفر از کوردها جانباختن و دهها هزار نفر نیز مجروح و یا ناقص العضو شدە اند.

کوردها بعنوان بزرگترین هم پیمان در جنگ با داعش و در نیروهای سوریه دموکراتیک همراە با نیروهای مقابله‌گر با داعش چند سال جنگیدند.

کوردها بعنوان بزرگترین اتنیک و اقلیت همراه با عربها و آسوریها و دیگر اقلیتها حدود پنج سال است از طریق سیستم مدیریت خودگردان، مناطق پاکسازی شده از وجود تروریستهای داعش را اداره میکنند. روژآوا و مدیریت خودگردان دموکراتیک با وجود تهدیدهای همیشگی ترکیه و گروههای تروریستی و حتی تهدیدهای دولت بشار اسد صدها هزار آواره غیر کورد را جان پناه داده و هزاران جنگجوی داعشی زندانی را نگهداری میکند.

عالیجناب، ما فعالان مدنی، سیاسی و حقوق بشری کورد در ایران، براین باوریم که ترکیه نه با هدف مبارزه با تروریست، بلکه با هدف احیای دوباره تروریستهای داعش البته تحت نام و عنوانی جدید و با هدف غایی یک نسل کشی تمام عیار از کوردها و بمنظور تغییر دموگرافی مناطق کوردنشین روژآوا، به شمال و شرق فرات لشکر کشیده است، ترکیه میخواهد به سبک اشغال عفرین در سایه سکوت مجامع جهانی و دولتهای اروپایی و آمریکایی و با چراغ سبز قدرتهای استعماری و استبدادی ژنوساید علیه کوردها را همانند نسل کشی ارامنه تکرار کند.

ما هرگونه حمله به روژآوا را فاجعەایی میدانیم کە پیامدهای خونین و رنجباری برای ملت کورد و خلق‌های شمال و شرق سوریە و کل خاورمیانە خواهد داشت. ما عدم تلاش برای پیشگیری از این فاجعە و سکوت در برابر حمله نظامی ترکیه به روژآوا را به مثابه مشارکت در ژنوساید کوردها و مشارکت در تجاوزگری و اشغالگری و شرکت در جنایت علیه بشریت می‌دانیم. ما از جنابعالی و شورای امنیت و دیگر مجامع جهانی میخواهیم ترکیه را از این حمله نظامی و از خلق فاجعه انسانی جدید در شمال سوریه باز بدارند.
