He noted that the large number of recruits and fighters who moved to Libya are from Hazm movement faction that was dissolved several years ago.

The observatory said: that Turkey's mercenaries gather in the Salah ad Din region, which is the southern entrance to the Libyan capital, and it is one of the high-end areas in it.
The observatory showed through the videotapes obtained by it, that these mercenaries gather in the camp of Tekbali, which was previously affiliated with the Libyan army, but now it is under the control of Turkey's mercenaries, and through Google service, it is clear that there are several construction taking place almost a month ago in that camp this means that Turkey was working to prepare it to receive its mercenaries.
