Italy warns Turkey of sending military forces to Libya Italian Prime Minister, Giuseppe Conte warned Erdogan relating to  sending military forces to Libya, reiterating his rejection of  the Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan's project in this  Arab country .

Conte discussed the Libyan file with Erdogan through telephone last week, but it seems that both of them did not reach any agreement on this matter,  he stressed Rome's stance against any military escalation in the  neighboring Libya.

 The Italian Prime Minister told reporters that the military intervention would not help in resolving matters on the ground, but would lead the Libyan crisis to a greater escalation, referring to the  Turkish statements about a possible dispatch of  the troops and mercenaries to Libya.
