Out of the 10 provinces with the highest unemployment rate, six provinces are among the border provinces, and among these, the unemployment rate in Kurdistan province has been announced as twice the unemployment rate of the whole country.

Kurdistan province with the unemployment rate of 20% has the worst employment situation among all provinces in the country.

In recent years, Kurdistan province has always been among the top five provinces in terms of unemployment rate. Meanwhile, the officials of this province have announced the realization of several development and production projects and the creation of new job opportunities every year.

The empty promises of the officials of Kurdistan province along with the false promises of the officials of the Islamic Republic from the president to the ministers and heads of organizations and even managers in Kurdistan province to create jobs in this province have not been fulfilled so far.

 Due to the existing discrimination, a large number of people in Kurdistan Province are unemployed or have to resort to false jobs for their livelihood, especially in the border areas.

Despite the existence of different potentials and capacities in different areas of Kurdistan province, the Islamic Republic with its security view of this province, racial and religious discrimination and lack of efficient management has caused the people of Kurdistan to continue to struggle with deprivation and this province in different indicators Development remains one of the most deprived provinces in Iran.
