On March 8, International Women's Day, I congratulate all free-thinking and militant women, especially Kurdish women, who bravely fought against ISIL, both Iranian Khomeini and Sunni ISIL, and stood side by side with free-thinking men to defend freedom. Congratulations to Iranian free thinkers and brave Afghan women who have stood up to the Taliban's barbarism ە Congratulations ♥ Women and life are intertwined

Today, many women in Iran are in prison just because they have demanded their basic rights.
