iraqi shia isis terrorist  Hashd Al-Shaabi which is part of the Iranian Revolution Guard  in iraq Have Secret Prisons in Tuz Khurmatu: Deserter.

A member of Hashd al-Shaabi militia in Tuz Khurmatu revealed that the militia groups have secret prisons in Amerli town, south of Tuz Khurmatu district.
The militia member who has abandoned Hashd al-Shaabi revealed to BasNews that the Shi’ite militias have established secret prisons where they detain the Sunni Arabs whom they kidnap in central Tuz Khurmatu and take them to Amerli.
The militia deserter, who requested anonymity for security reasons, said Hashd al-Shaabi militias contact the families of the abductees through mobile phones and demand a ransom for releasing them. “They usually receive the ransom and shot the detainee later,” he said.
In an interview with BasNews, Sair al-Bayati, the representative of the Arab tribes in Tuz Khurmatu, revealed that the armed groups of Hashd al-Shaabi have so far kidnapped 950 Sunnis and 600 of them have been released for 3 billion Iraqi dinars, but the fate of the remaining 350 is still unknown.
Regarding Hashd al-Shaabi’s attack on Tuz Khurmatu on October 16, he said "the militiamen did not only intend to burn and loot the Kurdish neighborhoods, but also to arrest some Kurdish civilians to shoot them in public. They also tried to abduct some Kurdish women to sexually assault them.”
The Iraqi army, with support from the Iranian-backed Hashd al-Shaabi militias, launched on October 16 a large-scale offensive to take over the disputed territories, namely Kirkuk, Tuz Khurmatu, and Khanaqin. The operation led to a humanitarian crisis as thousands of people were forced to flee their homes in those areas, particularly in Tuz Khurmatu.
