Formation of Sharia Courts in Efrin with approval of Erdogan This is how Turkey is protecting its borders as jensstoltenberg calls it. By ethnic cleansing democratic Kurds, replacing them by Jihadis & forming sharia courts. That is the Daesh 2.0 'Freedom' NATO Turkey brings

Islamic courts were established in the application of Sharia in Afrin, western Kurdistan, following the Turkish occupation of the Kurdish city in March, which is the same courts established by the extremist Islamists in areas controlled by Syria under the various names of a free army or a base

Afrin, which remained calm and secure throughout the years of the civil war in Syria since the Turkish occupation, has been plagued by a number of acts of defamation, murder, kidnapping, rape of women, looting and looting by the Free Army factions and attacks on monuments.
The community network of Yazidis (Izdina) said in a statement that Afrin, which includes minorities, including Yazidis, saw the establishment of "judicial courts subject to military authority and factions of the Free Army."

"These courts are located in other Syrian cities that are still under the control of the Free Army.

Among the judicial decisions in force is the execution of the apostate from Islam and stoning to death in cases of adultery and cutting off the hand of the thief. The network said it had monitored several cases of stoning women for adultery in areas controlled by the Free Syrian Army in Idlib and Deraa.

The courts are based on an outdated law, which considers Islamic law the sole and exclusive source of legislation.

And "Unified Arab Law" is a draft law prepared by the Arab League in 1996 without ratification, and was not circulated among the Arab countries later.

The law provides for the punishment of retribution, the death penalty for the apostate, the cutting off of the hand of the thief, the stoning of the adulterer, the adulteress, and the whipping of a drinker.

Turkish forces occupied the town of Afrin on March 18 following a military operation that began on January 20.

On that day, free-fire fighters were seen plundering shops, restaurants and houses with food, electronic equipment, blankets and other goods. Some also seized motorcycles, cars and tractors.

Some of the fighters set fire to a liquor store. They also destroyed the statue of Kawa Haddad, a symbol of the Kurdish people.
