Jasmin Hajmirza Mohammadi, one of the detainees of the recent protests, who was arrested during the commemoration of the 40th Hadith of Najafi in Karaj, has been sentenced to 5 years in prison by the virtual court of the Iranian government.

According to the published news, the assistant prosecutor in charge of his case, through the investigator of the case, tried to force him to accept the charges and forced confession, but he refused to accept this issue.


Jasmin Hajmirza Mohammadi (27 years old), a graduate of Sourah University and a preschool teacher, was arrested on November 12th along with 4 of her friends and was denied the right to a lawyer.


His court session was held virtually on December 19, and on January 3, he was sentenced to five years in prison and two years under the pretext of "collusion to commit crimes against internal security" and "propaganda against the regime through sloganeering". Deprivation of employment in educational affairs has been condemned.
