Hello, if it is dangerous for you to go to your home country, contact the UNHCR or directly the UN and all other humanitarian organizations. If you have political activism and your life is in danger if they deport you to your home country, contact the UN directly and tell them. In this letter describes that you wouldn't have social benefits for so long, but they don't want to investigate how the social services are behind the person's job search, but the social services with their imaginations stopped the person from getting a job. we do have proof, for more information you can take a look via my blog earlier. We must use all our efforts to overthrow the regime of religious fascism in Iran. To be less played by others and insulted in broad daylight. And their hands are in the hands of Iran's religious fascism.

The government's mission to the Swedish Migration Agency: Review possibilities to revoke residence permits

UPDATED DECEMBER 15, 2022PUBLISHED DECEMBER 15, 2022

The government wants to make it easier for the Swedish Migration Agency to revoke granted residence and work permits.

- The government believes that the Migration Agency's work has not been satisfactory and must be improved, says Migration Minister Maria Malmer Stenergard (M).

According to Maria Malmer Sternergard, a report from the Swedish Migration Agency from last year points out that the agency's work is not effective enough to "to the expected extent" contribute to ensuring regulated immigration and countering abuse of rules.

- This is very serious, she says at a press conference together with Sweden Democrats group leader Henrik Vinge.

The government therefore tasks the Swedish Migration Agency with intensifying that work.

- It is an internal task for the Swedish Migration Agency to continuously look at those who have been granted a residence permit and evaluate whether they should never have been granted a residence permit, says Maria Malmer Stenergard.

"Extensive abuse"

Henrik Vinge believes that there is "extensive abuse" of residence permits for studies in higher education.

- Such abuse can, for example, be that the permit is used for purposes other than education, he says.

- Therefore, the assignment also contains a special point that the Swedish Migration Agency must develop its work with such permits in the event of indications of abuse.

In order to prevent abuse, the government wants the Migration Agency to review whether it is possible to introduce automated systems to more quickly identify cases where there are indications that permits should be revoked and to make the processing work more efficient.

- This assignment should not be allowed to affect the work done to stop so-called competence deportations, says Stenergard.

The assignment must be reported by June 2023 at the latest.

Malmer Stenergard also announces that the government intends to take further measures, and that an investigation will review expanded possibilities to revoke residence permits, including by going through EU law
