He was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment on the pretext of "assembly and collusion" and on the charge of "disturbing public order" to one year imprisonment and 74 strokes of the whip. A severe punishment, i.e. 5 years of imprisonment, will be applicable to him.


According to the report of the Trade Union Council of Iranian Students, Judge Afshari, one of the repressive judges of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, sentenced Sepideh Ahmadkhani to additional punishments, including the preparation of an 80-page research paper on the necessity of security in human societies, a 2-year ban on leaving the country, and a 2-year ban on using mobile phones. and smart tools, as well as the prohibition of membership in political and social groups or organizations for two years, as well as the provision of free public services in the welfare care center for the elderly in Tehran province for three months and four hours a day.


Sepideh Ahmadkhani is a graduate of Zanjan University's Bachelor of Architecture and Beheshti University's Master's Degree in Architectural Studies, who was arrested by security agents on October 1st and was temporarily released after 26 days with a bail of 600 million tomans.
