لا يمكن لدولة تمتلك مؤسستين هامتين قائمتين على أفكار عنصرية وفاشية أن تُطلق على نفسها اسم دولة حرة وديمقراطية. لقد عدّل أردوغان العديد من القوانين التركية، لكنه لم يُبدِ أي استعداد لتغيير قوانين ثلاث مؤسسات حكومية هامة، وهي تلك القائمة على العنصرية والأفكار الفاشية. الأولى هي القوانين الداخلية للقضاء التركي، والثانية هي قوانين وزارة الخارجية، والثالثة هي قوانين وزارة الدفاع، وهي قوانين هتلرية لا إنسانية وفاشية بامتياز.
إن القوانين الداخلية وأتباع هذه المؤسسات الثلاث هم أعداء الأكراد، وحتى لو اعتُقل كردي ظلماً، يُعتبر المشتبه به الرئيسي لمجرد كونه كردياً.
