PJAK issued a statement on the attack of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) and the arrest of Kurdish citizens

The #Kurdistan_Freedom_Life_Party (#PJAK) has issued a written statement regarding the increased attacks and pressures of the Iranian state. PJAK condemns the attacks on the guerrillas and Peshmergas of the Democratic Party of Kurdistan (DPK) and the martyrdom of Kurdish citizens.

 

The PJAK statement reads as follows:
“After the signing of the agreement between the Islamic Republic and the United States, the regime, which is now fully under the control of the Revolutionary Guards, is trying to use the ceasefire as an opportunity to intensify its repressive attacks In fact, the ruling regime's long war against Iranian societies has entered a much more intense and bloody stage. The regime is trying to impose a military regime of terror through massacres, executions and intimidation and completely destroy the will of the Iranian people Of course, the regime's main fear is Iranian societies and their will. For this reason, it has declared a comprehensive war against the Kurdish people.
The tension and development of these pressures shows the Islamic Republic's deep confusion and fear of the invincible strength of the “Women, Life and Freedom” revolution in our society and the steel will of the Kurdish people to overcome oppression and dictatorship. These steps are a completely aggressive project against the Iranian people, especially the Kurdish people and our freedom movement.
The obvious manifestations of this bellicose policy in recent months, apart from the widespread wave of mass arrests and executions, include: attacks on our comrades in Marivan, raids on our comrades in Bana using suicide drones, heavy weapons military operation against our comrades in Mahabad Among our guerrilla comrades, the ambush and conspiracy against our comrades in Sardasht, the attack on the Peshmergas of the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran in Piranshahr and the martyrdom of 6 Peshmergas, the killing of a Kurdish youth, Siyavash Alak in Mahabad by government mercenaries.
All these cases show the fact that the Islamic Republic has drawn its sword to intensify the repression, suffocation and militarization of Kurdistan. In such a situation, we consider it necessary to inform the public of the basic positions of our party at this stage:
1. We stand against any kind of repressive and genocidal attack within the framework of the right to legitimate defense and under the slogan of “Resistance is Life” and consider defending ourselves and our people as an inherent and indisputable right.
2. In order to refute and expose the groundlessness of the regime's claims about linking the Kurdistan liberation movement to foreign states and to refute the groundless evidence of the Islamic Republic, we declare that our party's struggle has adhered to intellectual and practical independence.
3. Our party's guerrilla forces were in a legitimate defensive position, not an offensive position, throughout this period. We declare that while protecting the right to self-defense, we will maintain this situation and do not support the escalation of a comprehensive war in the region; Because we believe that the Islamic Republic is trying to justify its domestic repression on the pretext of war.
4. We strongly condemn the regime's attacks against the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrillas, the Peshmergas of the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran and our people and consider these acts as clear examples of state terrorism. On this occasion, we extend our condolences to the families of our martyred comrades in Mahabad and all patriots and express our commitment to the path of the high goals of our martyrs.

 5. In order to suppress society, the Islamic Republic has opened the hands of its traitors and mercenaries to suffer, insult and massacre our people. These acts are part of the regime's policy of intimidation and are the true picture of terrorism. The murder of Siyavash Alak, an innocent young man from Mahabad, is a terrorist act and part of the state's systematic violence against our society. We extend our condolences to his family and the patriotic people of Mahabad and Kurdistan, consider this brutal attack against our existence and our people and declare our full ownership of this young man who died and the people of Mahabad. Our patriotic and conscious people will take a stand against these attacks and show their disgust with the policies of the regime and the actions of the mercenaries and traitors. Of course, none of these acts of violence will surrender our people and deprive them of hope; Instead, our conscious people will organize themselves in the face of these pressures and mobilize for a stronger resistance. It is clear that we will thwart all the conspiracies of the dictatorial regime through our resistance as the sons of this struggling people and through organization, consciousness and unity.”

ئەنجوومەنی پارتی ژیانی ئازادی کوردستان (پەژاک) سەبارەت بە زیادبوونی هێرش و فشارەکانی دەوڵەتی ئێرانەوە ڕاگەیاندراوێکی نووسراوی بڵاوکردەوە. پەژاک هێرشەکانی سەر گەریلا و پێشمەرگەکانی دیموکرات و شەهیدکردنی هاووڵاتیانی کورد شەرمەزار دەکات، سەرەخۆشی لە بنەماڵەی شەهیدانی گەریلا و بنەماڵەی پێشمەرگە شەهیدەکانی حزبی دیموکرات دەکات.
ڕاگەیاندراوەکەی پەژاک بەم جۆرەیە:
"دوای ئیمزاکردنی لێکگەیشتننامەی نێوان کۆماری ئیسلامی و ئەمریکا، ڕژێم کە ئێستا بە تەواوی کەوتووەتە ژێر کۆنترۆڵی سوپای پاسدارانەوە، هەوڵ دەدات ڕاگرتنی شەڕ وەک دەرفەتێک بۆ توندکردنەوەی هێرشە سەرکوتکارییەکانی دژی خەڵکی ئێران (لە ڕێگای سێدارەدان، زیندانیکردن و دەستگیرکردنی بەربڵاو) و بەتایبەت دژی گەلی تێکۆشەری کورد بەکار بهێنێت. بەربڵاوی و ئاستی ئەو توندوتیژییەی کە هێزە سەرکوتکارەکان بەکاری دەهێنن، سەردەمی تۆقاندن و کۆمەڵکوژییەکانی دەیەی شەستی هەتاوی لە بیرەوەرییەکاندا زیندوو دەکاتەوە. لە ڕاستیدا، شەڕی درێژخایەنی ڕژێمی دەسەڵاتدار دژی کۆمەڵگاکانی ئێران، چووەتە قۆناغێکی زۆر توندتر و خوێناویترەوە. ڕژێم لە هەوڵدایە لە ڕێگای کۆمەڵکوژی، سێدارە و تۆقاندنەوە حکومەتی نیزامیی تیرۆر بسەپێنێت و ئیرادەی گەلانی ئێران بە تەواوی تێکبشکێنێت و هەموو داینامیزمەکانی بەرخۆدان لە ئێران و بەتایبەت لە کوردستان دا لەناو ببات. بێگومان ترسی سەرەکیی ڕژێم لە کۆمەڵگاکانی ئێران و ئیرادەی ئەوانە، هەر لەبەر ئەم هۆکارەش دژی گەل شەڕێکی هەمەلایەنەی ڕاگەیاندووە. لەم نێوەندەشدا، ئەم ڕژێمە لە هێزی تێکۆشان و پوتانسییەلی ئازادیخوازیی کۆمەڵگای کوردستان ئاگادارە و بۆیە هێرشە دڕندانە و سیستەماتیکەکانی خۆی ئاراستەی گەلەکەمان لە کوردستان کردووە.
گرژبوونەوە و پەرەدان بە ئەم گوشارانە، نیشاندەری سەرلێشێواوی و ترسی قووڵی کۆماری ئیسلامییە لە هێزی لە بن نەهاتوویی شۆڕشی "ژن ژیان  ئازادی" لە کۆمەڵگای ئێمەدا و ئیرادەی پۆڵایینی گەلی کورد بۆ تێپەڕین لە ستەمکاری و دیکتاتۆرییە. ئەم هەنگاوانە، پڕۆژەیەکی تەواو شەڕئەنگێزانەیە دژی گەلانی ئێران، بەتایبەت گەلی کورد و بزووتنەوەی ئازادیخوازیی ئێمە.
ڕەنگدانەوە بەرچاوەکانی ئەم سیاسەتە شەڕخوازانەیە لە مانگەکانی ڕابردوودا، جیا لە شەپۆلی بەربڵاوی دەستگیرکردن و سێدارەدانە بەکۆمەڵەکان، بریتین لە: هێرشکردنە سەر هەڤاڵانی ئێمە لە مەریوان، هەڵکوتانە سەر هەڤاڵانی ئێمە لە بانە بە بەکارهێنانی فڕۆکەی بێفڕۆکەوانی خۆکوژ (درۆنی ئینتحاری)، ئۆپەراسیۆنی سەربازی بە چەکی قورس دژی هەڤاڵانی ئێمە لە مەهاباد کە بووە هۆی شەهیدبوونی ٤ کەس لە هەڤاڵانی گەریلای ئێمە، کەمین‌دانان و پیلانگێڕی دژی هەڤاڵانمان لە سەردەشت، هەڵکوتانە سەر پێشمەرگەکانی حیزبی دیموکراتی کوردستانی ئێران لە پیرانشار و شەهید کردنی ٦ پێشمەرگە، کوشتنی گەنجی کورد، "سیاوەش ئەلەک" لە مەهاباد لەلایەن بەکرێگیراوانی حکومەتەوە.
هەموو ئەم حاڵەتانە نیشاندەری ئەو ڕاستییەن کە کۆماری ئیسلامی شمشێری بۆ توندکردنەوەی سەرکوت، خنکاندن و میلیتاریزەکردنی هەرچی زیاتری کوردستان لە کاڵان کێشاوە. لە دۆخێکی وەهادا بە پێویستی دەزانین کە ڕای گشتی لە هەڵوێستە بنەڕەتییەکانی پارتەکەمان لەم قۆناغەدا ئاگادار بکەینەوە:
١- ئێمە لە چوارچێوەی مافی بەرگریی ڕەوادا و بە دروشمی "بەرخۆدان ژیانە"، لە بەردەم هەر چەشنە هەڵکوتان و هێرشێکی سەرکوتکارانە و کۆمەڵکوژانەدا دەوەستینەوە و بەرگری لە خۆمان و گەلەکەمان بە مافێکی زاتی و حاشاهەڵنەگر دەزانین.
٢- بەمەبەستی لەقاودان و ئاشکراکردنی بێبنەمابوونی بانگەشەکانی ڕژێم سەبارەت بە گرێدانی بزووتنەوەی ئازادیخوازیی کوردستان بە دەوڵەتانی دەرەکی و لەقاودانی بەڵگە بێبنەماکانی کۆماری ئیسلامی، ڕایدەگەیەنین کە تێکۆشانی پارتەکەمان  سەربەخۆیی فکری و کرداری وەک پێوەری بنەڕەتیی خۆی پابەند بووە و دەبێت.
٣- هێزەکانی گەریلای پارتەکەمان لە تەواوی ئەم ماوەیەدا لە پێگەی بەرگریی ڕەوادا بوون نەک لە پێگەی هێرشدا. ڕایدەگەیەنین کە وێڕای پاراستنی مافی بەرگری لە خۆ، ئەم دۆخە دەپارێزین و لایەنگری پەرەسەندنی شەڕێکی گشتگیر لە ناوچەکەدا نین؛ چونکە پێمانوایە کۆماری ئیسلامی لە هەوڵدایە بە بیانووی شەڕ، پاساوی سەرکوتکارییە ناوخۆییەکانی خۆی بکات.
٤- ئێمە هێرشەکانی ڕژێم دژی گەریلاکانی ئازادیی کوردستان، پێشمەرگەکانی حیزبی دیموکراتی کوردستانی ئێران و گەلی خۆمان بە توندی سەرکۆنە دەکەین و ئەم کردەوانە بە نموونەی ئاشکرای تیرۆریزمی دەوڵەتی دەزانین. بەم بۆنەیەوە، سەرەخۆشی لە بنەماڵەی هەڤاڵانی شەهیدمان لە مەهاباد و هەموو وڵاتپارێزان دەکەین و پابەندبوونی خۆمان بە ڕێڕەوی ڕێبازی ئامانجە باڵاکانی شەهیدانمان دەردەبڕین، هەروەها هاوخەمیی خۆمان ئاراستەی بنەماڵەی پێشمەرگە شەهیدەکانی حیزبی دیموکرات و هاوسەنگەرانیان دەکەین.
٥- کۆماری ئیسلامی لە پێناو سەرکوتکردنی کۆمەڵگادا، دەستی خاینان و بەکرێگیراوانی خۆی بۆ ئازار، سووکایەتی و کۆمەڵکوژیی گەلەکەمان ئاوەڵا کردووە. ئەم کردەوانە بەشێکن لە سیاسەتی تۆقاندنی ڕژێم و وێنەی ڕاستەقینەی تیرۆریزمن. کوشتنی سیاوەش ئەلەک، گەنجی بێتاوانی مەهابادی، کردەوەیەکی تیرۆریستی و بەشێکە لەو توندوتیژییە سیستەماتیکەی دەوڵەت دژی کۆمەڵگای ئێمە. ئێمە وێڕای سەرەخۆشی لە بنەماڵەی ناوبراو و خەڵکی نیشتمانپەروەری مەهاباد و کوردستان، ئەم هێرشە دڕندانەیە بە ئاراستەی بوونی خۆمان و گەلەکەمان دەزانین و خاوەندارێتیی تەواوی خۆمان لەو گەنجە گیانبەختکردووە و خەڵکی مەهاباد ڕادەگەیەنین. گەلی نیشتمانپەروەر و وشیاری ئێمە لە بەردەم ئەم هێرشانەدا هەڵوێستی دەبێ و بێزاریی خۆی لە سیاسەتەکانی ڕژێم و کردەوەکانی بەکرێگیراوان و خاینان نیشان دەدات. بێگومان هیچ کام لەم کردەوە لێوانلێو لە توندوتیژییانە، گەلی ئێمە تەسلیم ناکات و بێ ئاسۆیان ناکا؛ بەڵکو گەلی هۆشیاری ئێمە لە بەردەم ئەم گوشارانەدا، خۆی ڕێکخراوتر دەکات و بۆ بەرخۆدانێکی بەهێزتر وەگەڕ دەخات. ڕوون و ئاشکرایە کە بە بەرخۆدانی ئێمە وەک ڕۆڵەکانی ئەو  گەلە تێکۆشەرەو بە ڕێکخستن، هۆشیاری و یەکگرتوویی، تەواوی پیلانگێڕییەکانی دەسەڵاتی دیکتاتۆری پووچەڵ دەکەینەوە.

" Partiya Jiyana Azad a Kurdistanê (PJAK) derbarê zêdebûna êrîş û zextên dewleta Îranê de daxuyaniyek nivîskî weşand. PJAK êrîşên li ser gerîla û Pêşmergeyên Partiya Demokrat a Kurdistanê (DPK) û şehîdkirina welatiyên Kurd şermezar dike. Daxuyaniya PJAKê wiha ye:

Rejîm hewl dide ku bi rêya komkujî, darvekirin û tirsandinê rejîmek leşkerî ya terorê ferz bike û îradeya gelê Îranê bi tevahî ji holê rake. Bê guman, tirsa sereke ya rejîmê civakên Îranî û îradeya wan e. Ji ber vê sedemê, wê şerekî berfireh li dijî gelê Kurd ragihandiye.
Tengazî û pêşveçûna van zextan tevliheviya kûr û tirsa Komara Îslamî ji hêza bêhempa ya şoreşa "Jin, Jiyan û Azadî" di civaka me de û îradeya pola ya gelê Kurd ji bo derbaskirina zilm û dîktatoriyê nîşan dide.
