It happened again ill honor killings in  Bokan the Iranian part of Kurdistan, Bafrin Maroufi 13 year old killed by her father because she had contact with a guy.

Harana agency said, on Friday (Cozardan 3) a Kurdish teen named (Bafrin Maroufi) killed on (Bokan – Kusa) road by her father.

A source stated: “while she was with her father in a car, her father swore at her, intimidated her and hit her, so she threw herself out of the car and severely injured”.

The source stated: “after throwing herself out of the car, her father pulled over and started hitting her; she passed away while they transferred her to the hospital”. 

The source also stated: “although many people witnessed the incident, but none of them appeared as witnesses at the directorate of Bokan police, the women rights supporters and Bokan residents were saddened by that”.

On the other side, during investigations, Bafrin’s father (H.M) stated that her daughter died because of throwing herself out of the car.

Bafrin’s body was buried on (Cozerdan 4), the event was attended by the residents of Bokan.

It is worth mentioning, the relatives of that family stated that a few days after the incident, Bafrin’s father severely hit his wife, traces and scars are left on her body.
