Êzidîs living in Europe that started a march from Dusseldorf to the Brussels in order to protest the AKP/KDP gangs' attacks on Shengal and demand status for the Êzidî people have reached Maastrich town on the fourth day.

Êzidîs living in Europe that started a march from Dusseldorf to the Brussels in order to protest the AKP/KDP gangs' attacks on Shengal have reached Maastrich town on the fourth day.

Participants have resumed their march from the Heerlen city of the Netherlands this morning and they have reached the Maastrich town after covering 24 kilometers during the day. The march participants are welcomed by Kurds with great interest along their course.

After spending the night in Maastrich, the demonstrators will resume their march towards the Bilzen city of Brussels tomorrow morning.

The march that has left four days behind is organised by Shengal Diaspora Assembly (MŞD), Êzîdî Associations Union Centre (NAV-YÊK), Êzîdî Women's Umbrella Assembly (SMJE), Syrian Êzidîs Union (HÊS) and is supported by Democratic Alevi Federation.
