Egypt condemns Turkish aggression on Afrin

NEWS DESK- the Egyptian Foreign Ministry condemned Turkish occupation on Afrin city, and the resulting violations of the rights of civilians and subjected to massive displacement and serious humanitarian risks.

"Egypt considered, according to foreign statement that the continued violations of Syrian sovereignty are unacceptable, complicate the political landscape, undermine the efforts of the existing political settlement and exacerbate the humanitarian crisis in Syria," Egypt considered, according to foreign statement.

The statement called on all regional and international parties to play their part to ensure commitment to support the political process to resolve the crisis and to prevent further deterioration in security and humanitarian situation.
