Here new developments indicate Turkey has continued with scooting the border further into Syria stealing key lands and this video shows they are intent on probably blocking a river in Syria. They have crossed into Syria to block the river so as to destroy farming land and destroy mature olive trees needed for agriculture in Kurdish areas. 

In other news a farmer and his child were shot by Turkey army as he went to manage water flow 300M from the border in Amuda Syria. Hi is in critical now and was transferred to Quamishi.

PYD security forces were injured rescuing the injured farmer & his child by Turkey also.
