 A DW investigation found dozens of files containing information that could identify sexual abuse survivors, months after the US Department of Justice vowed to revise its process to protect victims after they were exposed.

Editor's Note: DW observed roughly 500,000 fewer files in its February collection of the Epstein Library than in an earlier archived version, but the discrepancy may not solely reflect file removals.
