Gholamreza Mansouri, a criminal judge who has committed  for crimes against humanity, is being held in Germany.

Reporters Without Borders has demanded the arrest of Judge Mansouri in Germany

Reporters Without Borders says it has filed a complaint with German judicial authorities demanding the arrest of criminal judge Gholamreza Mansouri for repressing and imprisoning Iranian journalists.
Reporters Without Borders noted that Judge Mansouri had sentenced about 20 journalists to prison in Iran in just two months, in February and March 2010. "The [German] prosecutor should not allow him to escape justice," he said.
The name of Gholamreza Mansoori, a former judge of Lavasanat and a former investigator of the Public Employees' Court of Culture, Culture and Media, came to light a few days ago during the investigation of Akbar Tabari's case.

سازمان گزارشگران بدون مرز اعلام کرد با ارائه شکایتی به مقام‌های قضایی آلمان، خواستار بازداشت قاضی جنایتکار آخوند غلامرضا منصوری به خاطر سرکوب و زندانی کردن روزنامه‌نگاران ایران شده است.
گزارشگران بدون مرز با اشاره به اینکه قاضی منصوری فقط در دو ماه بهمن و اسفند ۹۱ برای حدود بیست روزنامه‌نگار در ایران حکم زندان صادر کرد، تأکید کرده است: دادستان [آلمان] نباید بگذارد او از دست عدالت فرار کند.
نام غلامرضا منصوری، قاضی سابق لواسانات و بازپرس پیشین دادسرای کارکنان دولت و فرهنگ و رسانه، چند روز پیش در جریان رسیدگی به پرونده اکبر طبری بر سر زبان‌ها افتاد.

طالبت مراسلون بلا حدود باعتقال القاضي المنصوري في ألمانيا

تقول مراسلون بلا حدود إنها قدمت شكوى إلى السلطات القضائية الألمانية تطالب باعتقال القاضي الجنائي غلام رضا منصوري لقمعه وسجن الصحفيين الإيرانيين.
وأشارت منظمة مراسلون بلا حدود إلى أن القاضي منصوري حكم على نحو 20 صحفيا بالسجن في إيران في شهرين فقط ، في فبراير ومارس 2010. وقال: "على المدعي العام [الألماني] ألا يسمح له بالهروب من العدالة".
