Re-filing a case in prison / Soheila Hijab was charged in the Revolutionary Anti-People's Court

Soheila Hijab, a political prisoner detained in the women's ward of the Kermanshah Correctional Center, is being charged in a branch of the Revolutionary Court in Kermanshah following a retrial by intelligence and security agencies.

A new case is being prepared and the political prisoner will be charged with the new charges, while he will have to be sent on medical leave despite his acute physical problems and the decision of the Prisons Organization's trusted medical commission.

Due to her political and civic activities, Ms. Hijab has been sentenced by the corrupt judiciary of the Islamic Republic to a total of 18 years of cruel imprisonment, of which five years are enforceable, and this unjust imprisonment will probably increase following re-processing in prison.
