The joint chairman of the Confederation of Kurdistan Communities Leadership Council said in a statement that Turkey's new attacks were aimed at genocide against the Kurdish people and strongly condemned the KDP-Iraq cooperation with the occupying forces. The KJC has also questioned the dual approach of the United States and Europe, which, unlike Ukraine, has no reaction to the occupation and chemical bombing of Kurdistan.
