📣 Please be the voice of all political prisoners and human rights lawyers who are threatened at every moment!

#Khosrow_Alikordi, a lawyer and former political prisoner, passed away under mysterious circumstances! Many social media users and some lawyers and political activists called his death a “state murder.”

The news of Alikordi’s death, a lawyer from Sabzevar and resident of Mashhad, was published on Saturday, December 5.

He represented political prisoner Fatemeh Sepehri, a number of detainees of the “Women, Life, Freedom” movement, as well as a number of families seeking justice, such as the family of Abolfazl Adinehzadeh, a murdered teenage protester.

Marzieh Mohebbi, a lawyer, wrote on the X social network, citing “reliable sources,” that Alikordi was “killed by a blow to the head” in his office.

According to her, the Intelligence Department has collected the cameras in the area and access to the deceased lawyer’s family has also become “impossible.”

Tavana School also offered a similar account, citing an eyewitness who wrote that his body was found with blood flowing from his mouth. Another source said that Alikurdi's head was broken. Human rights activist Javad Tawaf also told the story of blood flowing from Alikurdi's mouth and nose, adding that he had suffered a severe blow to the head.
