Officials say there are no peshmerga in Rabiah, and that the only forces there are the YPG, YPJ and Asayish. Those in charge of the Asayish emphasise that the battle for the town was fierce. A few peshmerga did not withdraw and fought alongside the YPG forces yesterday.
