Hunger striking political prisoner in coma
political prisoner, Golrokh Iraee, ended in coma on Tuesday, April 3rd, after 65 days of hunger strike, according to reports from Iran. Iranian human rights activist, Golrokh Ebrahimi Iraee, was arrested by the Revolutionary Guard in January.

She and another activist Atena Daemi have launched a hunger strike in protest against the authorities decision to move them to the dangerous Shahr-e Rey prison in Varamin outside the capital, Tehran, according to reports from Iran.

Gholrokh is in coma since yesterday when she was taken to a hospital near the town of Varamin, a city in the province of Tehran.
