More Kurdish Civilians Arrested by Iranian Security Agents.
Over past few days, two Kurdish civilians of Kamyaran and Sanandaj have been arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location while three civilians from Piranshahr and Oshnavieh (Shno in Kurdish), who were previously arrested, are still in detention at the Ministry of Intelligence Detention centre in Orumiyeh.
Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has been informed that two civilians, Peyman Mohammadi, a resident of Alak village of Kamyaran and Sherko Jamshidi, a resident of Sarhoyeh village, were detained by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.
Moreover, two brothers from Piranshahr, Seyyed Mosleh Taheri and Seyyed Loghman Taheri, who were arrested by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in the city of Piranshahr earlier this year still remain under interrogation of IRGC in Orumiyeh.
According to another report from Oshnavieh, a civilian, Salam Mardan, 27 years old and from the village of Soje of Oshnavieh who was arrested by security forces on October 30, was transferred to the Ministry of Intelligence Detention centre in Orumiyeh. On Monday, December 24, his family were permitted to visit him for a few minutes at the Detention Center.
It is worth mentioning a large number of Kurdish civilians have been summoned and arrested since the fall of this year. According to KHRN investigations, more than 15 Kurdish civilians are currently under interrogation at the headquarter of Ministry of Intelligence Detention centre and the IRGC Intelligence Unit in Sanandaj and Orumiyeh.
