The Islamic Republic is massacring domestic protesters and opponents through dangerous cancer-causing ampoules.

He had been arrested three times before by the security forces and was transferred to Evin prison despite suffering from MS and a fractured head at the time of her  arrest.

According to her, in one of these arrests, the security forces broke his head and arrested him despite the bleeding.

One of Mahnaz Khazaei's close friends tells Tavana:

"A year after Mahnaz's release, she had a stroke and died, because she was tortured so much in prison that she was kicked in the stomach and had a ruptured intestine. When he was released, he was bleeding for nine months. Mahnaz did not die from MS, not from cancer! Mahnaz killed the Islamic Republic"
